Don't breed negativity

Not every experience will be positive, but there’s

 something positive to be found in every experience.

To see the positive, stop dwelling on the negative.

Whatever you dwell on reproduces and expands. 

Only dwell on what you want to experience more of.

Dwelling on the negative only breeds more negativity.

The qualities you admire most in others can eventually become

 yours, but so could the ones you hate.

Your attention infuses life into things.

Make sure you only give your attention to things you would like 

to see more of.
