Discipline is about not allowing what you want now to take priority over 

what you want the most.

It’s about doing what’s hard before it becomes even harder.

It’s understanding why something needs to be done and what happens 

if nobody does it.

A minute of discipline now can prevent a lifetime of regret later.

Do you value yourself?

When you undervalue yourself, everyone else will, too. Treat

 yourself the way you’d treat something of extreme value.

The world learns how to treat you by observing how you treat

 yourself.

Make your well-being and happiness a priority. Do things that

 make you feel valued.

It’s easier to do things for others when you feel great about

 yourself.

Your words reveal your interests, but your actions reveal

 your priorities.

Talking about it is not enough.

You don’t have to tell the world what you consider important. 

Your actions already do that.

If you are not acting on it, then it’s not a priority.

Work on your dream first

The daily grind will force you to put your dreams, hopes,

 and aspirations on the back burner.

If you let it, it will consume all of your time and energy.

Don’t try to fit your dreams around the daily grind. Work

 on your dreams first, then do everything else.

If you don’t have time for something, perhaps is 

because it's not a priority to you.

If it were, you would make time for it.

If you want to have the time for something, just make it 

a priority.

When everything is a priority, nothing is.
