Don’t take it out on other people. If you do, you’ll extend the life cycle 

of the very issue you hate.

Take a deep breath, calm down, and then react with purpose.

The more frustrated you are, the more frustration you will evoke in other 

people.

Who you are

You are so much bigger than your past, than your troubles, than hate, anger, or 
jealousy.

You are bigger than all of it.  

Lowering yourself to a frequency of retaliation or hostility is degrading. It's not what
 you were created for. 

Don’t try to get even with anyone. That's not who you are.

Take care of yourself?

Sometimes, you have to do what’s best for you. Lots of people won’t like 

it. They may even be angry about it.

Some people may hate you for it.

You may be called selfish or uncaring. Yet understand that there’s nothing 

uncaring about taking care of yourself.

Caring for yourself doesn’t mean that you don’t care about anyone 

else.

Love will take you there

Why put yourself through the unnecessary psychological

 pain of doing something you hate?

It takes far less emotional effort to do something you love.

Your spirit’s optimal fuel is love. Do what you love. 

Love what you do.
