You should start.

Motivation will eventually arrive, but it rarely shows up before the party 

starts.

Stop waiting for motivation. Just get the party going.

Motivation is a latecomer. Don’t expect it to arrive on time. It will show up

 when things begin to happen.

Even if motivation hasn't shown up, go ahead and start.
