Forget about what could've happened. Forget about what you think you should've
done or could've done. Be present to the present.
Who knows...you start being present, being in the moment, being fully engaged in what's in front of you; and you might not have to keep looking behind...wondering about what you could've or should've done.
It matters not what you didn't do yesterday or what you intend to do tomorrow; for one today is worth three hundred tomorrows and a lifetime of yesterdays. Be present to the present.
What you do in the present will dictate whether you live resenting your past or rejoicing your future.
